About the Role
They are currently looking for a Web Specialist to join their Digital Experience team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining website management, digital marketing support, stakeholder engagement, and light technical implementation to deliver exceptional online experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain website content through the company's Content Management System (CMS)
- Create, update, and publish web pages, landing pages, and microsites to support marketing initiatives
- Support global marketing campaigns by ensuring website content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with campaign objectives
- Advise stakeholders on the most effective digital experience approach, including page structure and content placement
- Work closely with global marketing teams, PR, automation, and digital teams to deliver website-related projects
- Implement website enhancements and updates using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript where required
- Monitor incoming website requests and manage assigned tasks through ticketing systems
- Ensure web content follows brand guidelines and maintains a strong user experience
- Identify opportunities to improve website performance, usability, and digital experiences
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to continuously enhance website effectiveness
Qualifications
- Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable working with regional and global stakeholders across different locations
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Required Skills
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and digital best practices
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with AI tools and practical applications within digital workflows
- Experience creating landing pages or microsites
What Success Looks Like

- Become confident using the company's marketing technology stack and CMS platform
- Independently manage and complete website update requests
