Negotiate business deals, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance monetization strategies.
Work closely with community managers and marketing teams to strengthen partnerships through co-branded campaigns, events, and collaborations.
Represent the company at blockchain conferences, hackathons, and networking events to establish brand authority.
Support the development of DAO governance models to enhance user engagement and community decision-making.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in Web3 and blockchain infrastructure.
Analyze competitors and market trends to identify unique value propositions and business opportunities.
Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the Web3 or blockchain industry.
Understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminologies and trends
Strong knowledge of Layer 1 and 2 blockchains, DAOs, NFTs, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Proven track record of successfully securing partnerships, closing deals, and driving Web3 adoption.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
