What you'll do
Plan & launch pages: Coordinate campaign landing pages and new web pages end-to-end scope requirements, prepare briefs, create tickets, align timelines, track progress, and run go-live checklists.
URL governance: Maintain shared website sheets (our URL dictionary, redirects, naming conventions) so teams can reliably find and reuse the correct links.
QA & UAT: Review all new/updated pages before handover content accuracy, layout, responsiveness, forms, tracking (GTM/GA4), metadata, hreflang, risk disclosures then return clear feedback to requesters and developers.
Site health checks: Perform periodic walkthroughs of key flows (registration, chatbot, downloads, calculators, contact forms), raise issues with owners, and track resolution.
UX/UI optimization: Spot friction points, propose fixes with Design, run lightweight experiments (titles/CTAs/modules), and monitor Core Web Vitals on key templates.
Stakeholder comms: Provide concise status updates, document decisions, and surface risks/blockers early; partner closely with regional marketing, SEO, Compliance, and Dev.
What you'll need to succeed
3+ years in website/content operations, web project coordination, or similar for a multi-page, multi-region site.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders from China and Taiwan.
Hands-on with a CMS (WordPress), basic HTML/CSS, and comfortable raising well-scoped tickets with repro steps and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with GA4, GTM, PageSpeed, Screaming Frog (basic), Looker Studio/Sheets; detail-driven approach to QA and documentation.
Strong organisation, stakeholder management, and a bias for tidy information architecture and clean naming conventions.
Nice to have
Accessibility fundamentals (e.g., WCAG), SEO basics (metadata, internal linking, hreflang), Figma for specs, or simple A/B testing tools.
