Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welder located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Welder will be responsible for performing various welding techniques including arc welding, 6G TIG welding, and SMAW welding on different materials. The role includes preparing materials, reading and interpreting blueprints, and ensuring all welds meet quality standards. Daily tasks also involve maintaining equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arc Welding, 6G TIG Welding, MIG and SMAW Welding techniques
• Experience with various welding materials
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is advantageous
• Relevant welding certifications and qualifications
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
