Role Description
The Wellness Corporate Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuching, responsible for promoting Vealth.me's corporate wellness solutions to businesses in the Kuching market and beyond.
A typical day is dynamic and split between field and office work:
- You might start your morning by researching and prospecting new corporate clients, making calls or sending outreach emails to introduce VealthMe's services.
- Your afternoon could be spent visiting a potential client's office to conduct a needs assessment meeting, acting as a health consultant to understand their workforce wellness challenges.
- Back at the office, you would design a tailored proposal for a health screening package with wellness program, followed by internal meetings with your manager to strategize on closing key deals.
- You'll end the day by updating the CRM system, tracking your pipeline against monthly sales targets (KPIs), and planning follow-ups.
In this role, you will be directly responsible for:
- Prospecting & Outreach: Actively seeking out and generating new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Owning the process from initial client contact and needs analysis to proposal presentation, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Solution Design & Presentation: Designing and pitching customized corporate health solutions (e.g., health screenings, wellness workshops) that meet client objectives.
- Client Relationship & Account Management: Building trusted partnerships with corporate HR and management to ensure successful program implementation and secure renewals or expansions.
- Target Achievement: Being accountable for achieving and exceeding individual monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Sales Consulting and solution-based corporate sales, preferably in health, wellness, or HR services.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and pipeline development, including prospecting, outreach, and qualification of corporate clients.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction, responsiveness, and long-term relationship building.
- Proven Sales and Account Management capabilities, including negotiation, closing, and account growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain wellness solutions to decision-makers at different organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., wellness specialists, operations, marketing) to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Relevant experience in corporate wellness, healthcare, HR consulting, or B2B services is an advantage; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, health sciences, or a related field is beneficial.
