Attend to and register patients in professional and timely manner.
Ensure patient's updated personal information is captured in the registration system promptly and accurately.
Update patient by providing with accurate and pertinent information within the department scope of defined policy procedures and standards of Wellness Centre
Ensure patient's insurance benefits or Guarantee Letter (GL) benefits meets the standards of the Centre by checking the data providers in the system.
Ascertain and acknowledge patient's mode of payment i.e company guarantee letter or self-paying.
Attend to patients enquiries and explain the content of the screening package.
Make telephone reminder calls to patients to remind them of their appointment one day before the appointment date.
Send sms reminder to confirm patients appointment.
Ensure charges are captured and visits in the system are closed promptly at the end of the day.
Assist the HOD to compile daily and monthly census and sales of the department.
Manage customers or patients enquiries and appointments in the most efficient and prompt manner.
To ensure screening processes applied to Wellness packages are consistent for all customers.
Actively promote and upsell department services to customers.
Provide continuous support to department promotional activities by attending roadshows and booth exhibitions as and when required.
Job Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in the healthcare industry with experience in customer service, front office or hospital related services.
Good listener.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Customer oriented.
Dynamic team player.
Knowledge in promoting wellness screening packages would be an added advantage.
