Responsibilities

  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Manage relationships with service providers, regional and global carriers to drive sales, revenue, and lead generation.
  • On-boarding New Customers: Focus on acquiring new Tier 2 service providers to expand the customer base.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, define business cases, and help prospective customers understand the value proposition.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the owner of key projects, establish strong relationships with key customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate sales and marketing strategies to maximize potential and widen the customer ba
  • Market Analysis: Review and analyze market situations, reporting to senior management periodical
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, services, product, and engineering to drive business grow
  • Process Development: Advise on-boarded carriers on standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ordering, delivery, and post-sale support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years sales or relative experience in Telco/IT industry.
  • Results-driven sales professional with a strong track record of sales growth and revenue generation
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage sales pipeline with multiple accounts
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Capacity to work under pressure.
