Responsibilities
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Manage relationships with service providers, regional and global carriers to drive sales, revenue, and lead generation.
- On-boarding New Customers: Focus on acquiring new Tier 2 service providers to expand the customer base.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, define business cases, and help prospective customers understand the value proposition.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the owner of key projects, establish strong relationships with key customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strategy Development: Formulate sales and marketing strategies to maximize potential and widen the customer ba
- Market Analysis: Review and analyze market situations, reporting to senior management periodical
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, services, product, and engineering to drive business grow
- Process Development: Advise on-boarded carriers on standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ordering, delivery, and post-sale support.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years sales or relative experience in Telco/IT industry.
- Results-driven sales professional with a strong track record of sales growth and revenue generation
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage sales pipeline with multiple accounts
