Internship Period: Up to 6 months starting December 2025
Role Overview
Support the Consumer Mobile team in tracking agreements, managing wholesale rate requests, updating operational systems, and organizing reporting to ensure smooth internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on contract signing status
- Complete and submit request forms for new wholesale rates
- Enter new wholesale and roaming deals in the VisRoam system
- Assist in preparing monthly wholesale performance reports
- Organize roaming-related files and documentation in shared folders
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, Data Analytics, Telecommunications, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Good Excel proficiency and documentation skills
- Strong communication and cross-team coordination ability
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage structured workflows
