Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Wintel Senior Engineer to manage and support enterprise Windows-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory services, and system performance optimization, along with excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Windows Server environments across production systems
- Perform server installation, configuration, patch management, and system hardening
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, including users, groups, and policies
- Configure and support DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO)
- Monitor system health and perform performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Participate in data center migration activities (preferred)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure system availability and performance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server platforms
- Hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, patching, and security hardening
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
- Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure environments
Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Bahasa Melayu is an added advantage
- Good technical documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data center migration projects
