Wordpress Developer (Mid to Senior)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing new features and functionality.

• Establishing and guiding the website's architecture.

• Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.

• Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.

• Developing custom PHP modules and integrating APIs.

• Troubleshooting and resolving website bugs or performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.

• PHP Power: Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.

• Front-End Savvy: Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Customization: Experience building custom themes and plugins (not just configuring existing ones).

• Database: Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).

• Architecture: Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

• Tools: Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
