Job Description

Job Responsibility

Bridge language gaps between two or more individuals/parties by through language interpretation over the phone/on video
Log interactions in our company system
Participate in team meetings and strategize on team performance improvement
Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions with direct manager to strategize on individual performance improvement

Job Requirements

Be a fun individual who genuinely wants to help people!
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (read, write & speak)
Coachable, learner mindset, ability to take feedback and proactively apply IT to improve results
Willing to work in a flexible schedule (rotational shift, and/or weekends, and/or night shift)
