Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations and automation solutions using Workato.
- Build scalable Workato recipes for business process automation and system integrations.
- Integrate enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and SAP using connectors and APIs.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure connectors, APIs, databases, workflows, error handling, logging, and monitoring.
- Ensure secure, reliable, and accurate data synchronization across systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support incident resolution.
- Follow integration standards, security best practices, and compliance guidelines.
- Support deployed integrations and recommend process improvements.
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to Workato Enterprise Architecture frameworks/tools.
- Experience in TTH industry.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and automation platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
