We're Hiring | Workato Integration Developer
Location: Malaysia (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement integration & automation solutions using Workato
Build and maintain Workato recipes for business processes and system integrations
Integrate enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and other platforms using Workato connectors and APIs
Develop scalable workflows for seamless data exchange across systems
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and translate integration requirements into technical solutions
Configure and customize connectors, APIs, and databases as needed
Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and support incident resolution
Implement error handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and security best practices
Optimize existing integrations and provide ongoing production support, including on-call support when required
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Workato
Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs and connectors
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and databases
Understanding of integration architecture and automation best practices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
