Key Responsibilities & Project Scope
- ERP Connectivity (SAP): Design and manage complex integrations to sync Workday Expense data and payroll results with SAP for GL posting and financial reconciliation.
- Productivity Integration (M365): Optimize the Microsoft 365 integration, focusing on automated user provisioning, Azure AD/Entra ID synchronization, and calendar/org chart alignment.
- Global Workforce Sync (Deel): Manage the integration with Deel to ensure data consistency for EOR (Employer of Record) and contractor populations within the HCM master data.
- Digital Workflow (DocuSign): Maintain and troubleshoot the DocuSign e-signature integration for seamless onboarding, contract management, and policy acknowledgments.
- Module Support: Provide technical oversight for the Workday Expense module, ensuring reimbursement data flows accurately to downstream banking or payroll providers.
- Transformation & Mapping: Utilize XSLT and Workday Studio to transform data between Workday's XML format and the specific requirements of SAP and third-party APIs.
Technical Requirements
- Workday Tools: Advanced proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Document Transformation, and Core Connectors (specifically for HCM and Financials/Expense).
- Integration Protocols: Deep understanding of Web Services (SOAP/REST), SFTP, and PGP encryption.
- System Knowledge: * Experience mapping Workday data to SAP (iDocs, BAPIs, or OData).
- Familiarity with Deel API or similar global payroll connectors.
- Knowledge of DocuSign Connect for Workday.
- Reporting: Expert level in Calculated Fields and Advanced Reports to power outbound integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in Workday integrations, specifically involving HCM and Expense modules.
- Certification: Workday Studio or Integration Core certification.
- Hybrid Experience: Proven ability to work in a Best of Breed environment where Workday acts as the HR system of record but integrates with a separate ERP (SAP).
