Required Skills :
- At least 3 years specifically focused on Workday Financial integrations
- Deep functional understanding of core Workday Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Adaptive Planning )
- Expert-level proficiency with Workday integration tools: Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), Core Connectors, and Packaged Integrations
- Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, JSON, and other integration technologies
- Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex integrations
- Experience with financial data migration strategies and execution
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver integration projects on time.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.
Document integration designs, workflows, and support procedures for longterm maintainability.

Excellent problemsolving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
