Your Mission
- Lead and mentor a team of Workday support specialists, providing technical guidance, training, and performance management.
- Oversee the day-to-day operational support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Workday HCM system, including core HR, compensation, benefits, time tracking, absence management, and reporting.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
- Manage and prioritize Workday support tickets and requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, and IT teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement Workday configurations.
- Manage Workday release cycles, including planning, testing, and deployment of new features, functionalities, and patches.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles for Workday support.
- Monitor Workday system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday system, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in Workday projects, enhancements, and integrations as a technical subject matter expert.
- In charge of Workday integrations with other enterprise systems, including SAP, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday HCM, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or senior support role.
- Strong in-depth functional and technical knowledge of various Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Integrations, Reporting).
- Proven experience in Workday configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, security, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday integrations (e.g., EIB, Workday Studio, PECI, CCB).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Workday Pro certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in Workday Prism and Extend is an advantage.
