Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients across various industries.
Promote recruitment, staffing, and workforce management solutions to employers.
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled.
Monitor market trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
Participate in business networking events, career fairs, and industry-related activities.
Support account management activities to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum 58 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within Foreign Workers Employment Agencies and Foreign Workers recruitment or Immigration services for Foreign Workers.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruitment agencies, manpower outsourcing, or employment services.
Established network with corporate HR leaders, hiring managers, or business owners.
Knowledge of Malaysia Immigration Departments on Foreign Workers labor laws, recruitment processes, and workforce trends.
Leadership or mentoring experience within a sales or business development team.
Professional certifications in sales, HR, or talent management.
Working Conditions
Full-time role based at Agensi Pekerjaan MY EG Jobs Sdn Bhd's office, with regular client meetings.
Requires regular local travel for client visits, presentations, and business development activities.
Performance-driven environment with defined sales targets and KPIs.
Must own a vehicle for sales visit
