Job Title: HR Service Delivery Specialist (Workforce Data Admin)

Employment type: Contract until January 2027

Working Day/Hours: 10am to 7pm – Can be shift based (depends on the project requirement) - 5days working, 2 off days

Salary:  Up to RM 6,000 (Based on experience + skills) + Statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance

Job Description

Role Summary :

The EDM Specialist will support and lead end to end employee data management and payroll data cut off activities across APAC. The role requires strong Workday data management expertise, cross functional collaboration, and the ability to drive complex operational and system issues to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Delivery & Systems

·      Accurately process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, terminations, job and personal data changes using Workday and case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow; Salesforce/PeopleSoft exposure is an advantage).

·      Prepare and execute EIB uploads, including data compilation, validation, and sandbox testing to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

·      Support and manage pre payroll activities across APAC countries, ensuring data accuracy and readiness prior to payroll cut off.

·      Monitor service delivery performance, ensuring all tickets and business partner requests are handled timely, accurately, and in line with SLAs.

·      Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and data privacy awareness.

·      Analyze complex situations and clearly explain rationale, implications, and options before responding to stakeholder queries.

·      Facilitate and mediate discussions across functional teams, conveying information effectively to diverse and non-technical audiences.

·      Manage ambiguity in complex or evolving scenarios, providing clear and consistent interpretation of policies and guidelines.

Requirements

(Must have & good to have)

Must have:

·      Strong English language proficiency (written and verbal); additional language skills are an advantage.

·      Proven experience in Workday data management within an HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment.

·      Experience supporting APAC HR operations, particularly pre payroll and data dependent processes.

·      Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-directed with strong ownership of deliverables.

·      Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Good to have:

·      ServiceNow experience is an added advantage.
