Mission

Lead the strategy and operations related to outsourced, temporary, and contingent workforce management within Fulfillment Operations, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, contractual compliance, and excellence in process execution. Act as a strategic partner to operational teams and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, governance, and data-driven decision-making through performance indicators.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead high-performance teams, fostering a results-driven culture, ownership mindset, and operational excellence.
  • Support operations during expansion, ramp-up, and workforce stabilization processes, ensuring adequate operational capacity
  • Manage performance indicators (KPIs), conducting critical analyses, identifying deviations, and building strategic action plans
  • Lead continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives, promoting automation, simplification, and efficiency gains
  • Manage processes related to outsourced, temporary, and internal workforce hiring and administration, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and labor regulations
  • Lead the governance structure of BPOs and suppliers, ensuring operational performance, contractual control, delivery quality, and financial efficiency
  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes focused on scalability, productivity, standardization, and risk mitigation
  • Act directly in the definition and monitoring of compensation models, operational costs, and workforce attraction strategies
  • Conduct negotiations and alignments with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and agile decision-making
  • Ensure contractual and operational compliance with outsourced partners, including audits, SLAs, controls, and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Human Resources, or related fields. A postgraduate degree will be considered a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong data-driven mindset, highly oriented toward metrics, analytical reasoning, and operational performance indicators.
