We are looking for a Workstation Officer to join our team in KL. The ideal candidate will assist in managing workstation performance, provide client support, and ensure that all workstations are properly configured and maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- To handle day to day activities in the Department by answering telephone calls, taking down and relaying messages.
- Responsible on receiving and preparing of work request for all complaints.
- To monitor on the recording and registration of work request and work order generated.
- To assist division secretary in department administration.
- To assist in typing documents, correspondence and memorandum.
- To receive, open, date stamp, record and distribute incoming mail and outgoing mail.
- T. o assist in opening new file when required and to maintain, updates for all incoming and outgoing correspondence / documents.
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Knowledge of network connectivity and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
