This position offers a renewable one-year contract and provides exposure to the dynamic FinTech industry.
As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding new customers by utilizing marketing and partnership resources to activate, retain, and grow their accounts, with the goal of meeting business targets.
- Building and sustaining strong relationships with new clients through telecommunication and online platforms. This involves promptly addressing their needs, gathering and analyzing client data, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Managing day-to-day tasks and taking on additional projects as required.
- Collaborating with various teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand business potential.
In this role, you are expected to have:
- A college degree or higher, along with proficiency in OA (Microsoft Office) and CRM (Salesforce) software.
- A strong enthusiasm for sales and a genuine interest in achieving customer success.
- A proactive and fast-learning approach, with excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset, demonstrating a willingness to put in extra effort to meet sales targets.
While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
- A major in Finance or experience in banking-related fields.
- Familiarity with telesales or online sales, as well as experience in customer support or account management.
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English and Mandarin. Desired languages include Hindi, and Arabic.
