Business Unit Introduction - WXG

WeChat Pay is a mobile payment and digital wallet service integrated within the WeChat app, launched by Tencent in 2013. It allows users to make secure payments via QR codes, transfer money, pay bills, and shop online. WeChat Pay is looking to expand internationally to create a larger network of merchants and convenience for WeChat users globally. With over 1.3 billion users worldwide, WeChat is changing the mobile landscape by connecting people, services, and businesses by offering a seamless experience within the WeChat ecosystem, providing a convenient way to handle both everyday transactions and larger purchases.

Job Descriptions:

• Developing and maintaining the front-end and back-end of the operations system.
• Lead the development and maintenance of automation tools, monitoring systems, and deployment frameworks.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with relavant teams to enhance deployment, logging, and system observability.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years or above of relevant working experience.

Skills:

• Strong expertise in Linux, cloud platforms, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong programming skills (Python, Bash, Go, or equivalent).
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools, automation frameworks, and infrastructure orchestration.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to lead complex troubleshooting.
• Strong database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc)
• Experience with front-end development must be proficient in Vue.js, Naive UI Framework, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Backend/Web Frameworks (ORM, RPC, etc)
• Strong knowledge of VPC, load balancing, DNS, CDN, firewall, VPN, SSL/TLS.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex distributed systems.
• Excellent collaboration with development, relevant teams.
• Able to communicate/written effectively in both Chinese and English.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
