Business Unit Introduction - Weixin Group (WXG)
Responsible for the construction and operation of the Weixin ecosystem and leveraging Weixin's open platforms such as Official Accounts, Mini Programs, Weixin Pay, WeCom and search function, WXG provides solutions and connectivity for intelligent upgrades across all industries. WXG is also re- sponsible for the development and operation of QQ Mail, WeRead and other products.
Job Description:
1. Regularly Update WeChat Core Product Flowcharts (Simplified Chinese, English, and Traditional Chinese)
2. Conduct Regular WeChat Feature Testing and Identify User Experience Issues
3. Create and Publish Safety Blogs (Simplified Chinese, English, and Traditional Chinese) with Visual Content
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline; degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, Business Analysis, Linguistics, or related fields are preferred.
● Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Product Operations, Product Documentation Management, Functional Testing, Business Analysis, Technical Writing, or related areas.
Language & Communication Skills
● Proficient in written Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English, with excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
● Ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Product Documentation & Process Management
● Experience in product documentation maintenance, workflow design, process management, or business process optimization.
● Ability to independently create, update, and maintain process flowcharts, user guides, and operational documentation.
● Proficient in process diagramming and collaboration tools such as Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Figma, or equivalent software.
Testing & Analytical Skills
● Familiar with Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and Bug Tracking methodologies.
● Capable of identifying, documenting, and following up on product defects and process issues.
● Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to identify process risks and user experience gaps.
Collaboration & Project Coordination
● Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
● Experience in technical writing, content operations, user education materials, help center documentation, or knowledge base development.
● Familiarity with the WeChat ecosystem and user experience analysis methodologies.
● Experience in multilingual content localization (Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English).
● Experience working with internet products, social platforms, or mobile applications.
● Knowledge of User Experience (UX) analysis and process optimization methodologies.
● Experience in Safety Content creation, Help Center operations, customer support knowledge bases, or user education programs.
