This job position will allow you to play a key role in shaping and deploying our Health & Safety strategy across Africa, Asia and Oceania.

Reporting to the Group Health & Safety Director, you will lead the deployment of Health & Safety standards, drive safety culture transformation and support operational leadership teams across a diverse and dynamic region.

What you will do :

• Deploy the Group Health & Safety strategy across the region

• Lead and support country Health & Safety managers

• Drive continuous improvement and safety culture transformation

• Monitor regional performance indicators and action plans

• Lead audits and maturity assessments

• Support investigations of serious incidents and implementation of corrective actions

• Partner with operational leaders to strengthen risk management and compliance

• Promote standardization and sharing of best practices across countries.

What we are looking for :

• Degree in Engineering, Health & Safety or related discipline

• Minimum 10 years of progressive Health & Safety leadership experience

• Proven success in multi-site and multi-country environments

• Strong experience in industrial risk management and safety culture development

• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage diverse stakeholders

• High cultural adaptability and international mindset

• Fluent English required

• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
