ZTMS Engineer

*Position Objective*

• Manage and monitor company's Network & Security solution, collaborating with business units, engineering, and other internal and external stakeholders.

*Roles and Responsibilities* 

• Provide BAU support for the proxy, firewall and cloud network security solution and operation.

• Ensure all Operational tasks are completed within the agreed SLAs

• Help develop processes and documentation around the operational functions of the Network Security related Project

• Participate in escalation calls and Support security incidents.

• Provide monitoring of company SaaS console and dashboards (WAF, Proxy, Firewall, Zero Trust)

• Collaborate with application and project teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance security best practices.

• Develop and implement automated workflows to swiftly and effectively mitigate security risks.

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements. 

*Required Skills*

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience (+5 years) in network security operations, including but not limited to Firewalls, Proxies, and WAF solutions.

• Knowledge in and hands on experiences with:

Network Security Technologies: Zscaler, Checkpoint, Akamai, F5, Azure

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscape, and risk management.

• Proficiency in implementing and managing security controls across diverse IT environments.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Microsoft Certified- Azure Fundamental or equivalent are a plus.

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

• In-depth knowledge of Network Security principles and practices.

• Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive mindset.
