- Ensure apositive customer experienceby delivering accurate information and effective solutions
Requirements:
- Proficiency inTRADITIONAL MANDARIN(reading and typing) ismandatory
- Minimum SPM with 1 year Customer Service experience,Diploma & Degreequalification without working experience will be considered (Fresh Grads); OR
- Willing to workon-siteatKL Sentral(Work at Office).
