Scope of the Role:

The role sits within one of H&S's most valuable account teams servicing one of our key global brands. The team is highly passionate in providing creative & innovative solutions to the client, while having flawless operations delivery. The Senior Media Planner will work closely with the Planning Manager to lead a portfolio of key clients. This role involves developing and implementing strategic media solutions, driving business growth through data-driven insights, and nurturing junior talent within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Being part of new business development and pitches
Lead communications planning and media strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Develop and execute strategic communications and media plans aligned with client business goals.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service.
Mentor and guide junior team members, helping to develop their skills and grow within the company.
Work with H&S's proprietary planning system – OMNI STUDIO, to develop data-driven, strategic media solutions.
Oversee the planning and execution of both online and offline media campaigns.
Leverage consumer insights to drive innovative media strategies that align with client objectives.
Drive cross-channel planning, integrating both digital and traditional media platforms.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of media campaigns, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide insights based on data and industry trends, offering innovative ideas to clients.
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in media or communications, with a strong focus on digital-centric approaches and integrated media planning.
Proven experience in client management, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive media solutions.
Hands-on experience with media planning tools and systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
A positive, proactive approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
