Who We Are Looking For:

The Medical Writer is responsible for creating high-quality content for MIMS MedComms tailored solutions to address the medical communications objectives of our client partners (eg, pharmaceutical, governmental or healthcare providers).

What Impact You Will Make:

Acquire and maintain a deep scientific understanding of clients brand portfolios in order to provide tailored and insightful advice on MedComms solutions.
Use scientific knowledge to create high-quality content to meet client objectives whilst adhering to compliance and editorial quality standards.
Build knowledge of key opinion leaders in key therapeutic areas and liaise with them to ensure the successful delivery of medical communications projects.

What Skills and Experience You Will Bring:

Graduate degree in the sciences (PhD, MSc, BSc); healthcare science degree a plus (MD, PharmD, BPharm).
At least 3 years of scientific/medical writing experience, preferably in a MedComms agency or pharmaceutical Medical Affairs setting.
Experience in running or facilitating advisory boards, scientific meetings, webinars, etc is highly preferred.
Complete fluency in written and spoken English (an IELTS score of ≥7.5 or an equivalent benchmark).
Ability to distill complex scientific concepts into clear, concise messages.
Attention to detail.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated and is capable of working in a team.
