Key Responsibilities

Drive regional sales growth and secure strategic new business opportunities across Northern Malaysia.
Cultivate and expand global accounts in close alignment with international sales divisions.
Deliver consultative sales proposals featuring tailored packaging solutions and sustainable, eco-friendly materials.
Lead the entire project lifecycle seamlessly from initial consultation and quotation through to negotiation and final execution.
Utilize CRM and ERP systems effectively to optimize sales forecasting, pipeline management, and operations.
Champion corporate ESG initiatives by promoting green packaging alternatives to industrial clients.
Monitor regional cash flow and financial health while coaching and developing junior sales team members.

Skills & Experience Required
