Job Description:

Responsible for daily HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding, attendance, employee records, and general employee support, ensuring all HR documentation is organized and up to date.
Manages end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordinating with hiring managers, while maintaining recruitment progress and a positive candidate experience.
Handles basic finance admin tasks such as reimbursements, invoices, payment documents, and expense tracking, ensuring accurate records and timely coordination with the finance team.
Oversees daily office administration, including office supplies, vendor coordination, and office arrangements, ensuring smooth operations and a well-maintained working environment

Experience & Qualifications:

13 years of experience in general Human Resources function, simple finance knowledge support added advantage.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
Able to speak read and write in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
