QUALIFICATION:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields
13 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or sales (agency experience is an advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in interviewing and candidate evaluation
Well-organized and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Exposure to recruitment agency, executive search, or headhunting is preferred
Comfortable with client-facing roles
Strong sales mindset with the ability to build relationships
Have to able to communicate in MANDARIN. (Dealing with CHINA clients)
