Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform general ledger accounting activities in accordance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls.
Prepare, review, and post journal entries to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies, unusual balances, and aged items.
Monitor and record accruals in the appropriate accounting period.
Review supporting information and validate accounting treatments and estimates.
Manage prepayments and amortization activities.
Execute period-end close activities and meet reporting deadlines.
Coordinate with internal and external service providers.
Identify risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities

Support transition, integration, and standardization of accounting processes.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Support audit activities.
Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Prepare non-routine accounting entries and analyses as required.

Education And Experience

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in General Accounting or Financial Reporting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting requirements.
Experience in a large or multinational organization preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial applications.

Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
