About The Role

FinancialAnalyst – Record to Report (RTR) role is responsible and supports for allfinancial aspects of the BSO function, driving continuous improvementobjectives and ensures SLA & Business KPIs, SOX Compliance are met.

What You'll Do

PerformingGeneral Ledger (GL) journal entry review to ensure it is in line with SOXrequirement in accordance to journal type / nature.
Verifyand justify all numbers against the source documents
Ensurejournal entry is posted accurately to the correct GL account by its nature
Alljournal to be reviewed within the agreed turnaround time
Supportmonthly or yearly SOX testing by providing all relevant documentations
Manage/monitor query resolution related to journal entry
Assistin developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.
Performany ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from timeto time .

What You'll Need

Degreein Accounting / professional qualifications will be an added advantage (CA,CPA, ACCA)
Atleast 2 years experience in a Finance / SSC / Audit environment
Ableto work independently with minimal supervision
Highlevel of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail
Abilityto work under pressure to meet deadline and longer working hours duringmonth-end close.
Proficiencyin English
Ateam player and able to promote teamwork among the team
Flexibility,ability to deal with ambiguity and change
