Job Responsibilities

Issue and manage purchase orders in compliance with existing contracts and procurement procedures.
Handle sourcing activities for non-contractual purchases, including supplier selection and negotiation.
Ensure correct application of Incoterms, contractual terms, pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
Monitor end-to-end procurement activities from purchase requisition to final delivery.
Coordinate closely with logistics teams, suppliers, operational teams, and regional hubs to ensure smooth delivery processes.
Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and resolve procurement or logistics-related issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and updated procurement data within ERP/P2P systems.
Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Support operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, and supplier management.
Good knowledge of Incoterms and transportation/logistics processes.
Experience using ERP/P2P systems such as Oracle PO, SmartPal, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Fluent in English.
Experience in the offshore maritime industry is an added advantage.
