Assistant Sales Manager (Export Market)

Job Responsibilities: –

To develop strong and collaborative partnerships with assigned customers with the goal of growing the business.
Accountable for customers sales (both volume and turnover), trade spend, and P&L.
To negotiate agreements with customers in line with the company's policies and customers objectives and monitor roll-out and investment compliance.
To fulfil customers demand in accordance with the promotional calendar and achieve internal forecast accuracy.
To set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
To assist the Export Manager in developing new markets and maintaining existing clients.
To execute marketing strategies and activities for sales growth, expansion of market shares as well as new business development.
To meet customer satisfaction by providing efficient customer service, including technical sales functions, handling and follow-up on enquiries or complaints, preparation of quotations, payment monitoring, etc..
To coordinate with the operations team to ensure orders and shipment ready on time in order to fulfil customers requirements.
To coordinate exhibition-related issues (coordinate with the organizer and supplier to manage the booth setup, pack samples, and recipe testing).
To perform any other duties with efficiency and in a timely manner as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:-

Diploma, Degree, or professional qualification in Business/ Food Science / Food Technology or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry or in Export sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Willing to travel abroad for trade visits & international trade shows if required.
