Assist in the design, development and coordination of mechanical building services systems for major construction projects.
Prepare and review mechanical engineering designs, specifications, calculations, drawings and technical documentation.
Coordinate mechanical works with architectural, structural, electrical and other building services disciplines.
Support project planning, site coordination, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to resolve technical and project-related matters.
Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved designs, specifications, safety requirements and relevant standards.
Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from design through to construction and handover.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
Prior experience in building construction projects, preferably within life sciences, semiconductor/wafer fabrication, data centres, commercial or mixed development buildings.
Experience inbuilding services, M&E or mechanical engineering works within a construction environment.
Familiarity with mechanical systems, relevant engineering standards, codes and construction practices.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.
Proficient in relevant engineering and design software would be advantageous.
