Inbound Operations:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against move transfer orders initiated from main warehouse.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of stock into the inventory system.
Coordinate with counterparts in main warehouse and logistics partners to resolve discrepancies or damages.

Inventory Management:

Outbound Operations:

Process Optimization & Reporting:

Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
Generate regular operational reports including stock levels, fulfillment rates, and discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Team Coordination & Leadership:

Supervise and train warehouse staff in best practices and operational standards.
Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and safety.

Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 2 years of working experience in specialized ground ops warehousing background.
Strong in analytics and logical thinking to navigate WMS, excel and powerpoint presentations.
A good team player and able to lead a team independently.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good coordination and organizational skill.
Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email
Able to work on shift hours
