As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to deliver reliable hosting services, support website maintenance, and ensure smooth digital experiences for our clients.

Your Core Responsibilities:

Technical Support – Deliver prompt and effective support for shared hosting, VPS, domain management, web and email-related issues.
Ticket Management – Manage and resolve support tickets related to hosting and website maintenance with clear, timely communication and follow-up.
Internal Support: Provide support for internal requests from the Website Maintenance, Sales, and SEO teams.
Email Configuration – Troubleshoot and provide step-by-step guidance for email client setup (e.g., Outlook, Apple Mail) and related issues.
Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure continuous service improvement.
Customer Engagement – Engage customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels not only to provide support but also to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services.

What You Bring:

Education & Experience – Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a web hosting environment.
Domain & DNS Knowledge – Solid understanding of domain registration, DNS settings, and renewal procedures.
cPanel & WHM – Proficient in using cPanel and WHM.
Email Troubleshooting – Strong technical knowledge in email client configuration and problem-solving.
Web Knowledge – Working knowledge of WordPress, including installation, fixing common issues, and basic troubleshooting (an added advantage).
Communication – Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to serve diverse client markets.
Problem-Solving – Self-motivated, proactive, and able to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
