SMT Process Support

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot SMT production equipment, including:
- Solder paste printers
- SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) machines
- Pick-and-place machines
- Reflow ovens
- AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems
Monitor SMT line performance and ensure products meet quality requirements.
Perform machine changeovers and product conversions according to production schedules.
Support first article inspection and process validation during new product introductions (NPI).

Dispensing Process Support

Set up and maintain automated dispensing equipment for:
- Adhesives
- Underfill materials
- Epoxy
- Thermal interface materials (TIM)
- Conformal coating materials
Optimize dispensing parameters such as:
- Pressure
- Time
- Needle size
- Dispense path
- Material volume
Monitor dispensing quality to ensure proper bead width, height, and placement accuracy.
Conduct material refill, purging, and preventive maintenance activities.

Process Monitoring & Improvement

Monitor process performance using SPC (Statistical Process Control) tools.
Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and abnormalities.
Support root cause analysis for process excursions, defects, and yield issues.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve:
- Yield
- Throughput
- Quality
- Equipment utilization
