Education and Experie

nce: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discip
line.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with exposure to full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR administra
tion.Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labor regulations, HR best practices, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applicat
ions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build effective working relationships with employees and stakeholders at all le
vels.Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and provide HR support across various departments within the organiza
tion.Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong initiative in managing HR mat
