What You'll Do

Sales

Leverage consultative selling techniques to close deals, negotiate terms, and contribute to revenue growth
Exceed revenue targets and KPIs in a competitive environment

Candidate Management

Source and attract top-tier candidates through job portals, ads, networking, referrals, and headhunting
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for timely placements
Guide candidates through the recruitment process with clear communication and support
