Ansell is looking for an Associate Specialist, Supply Chain (6-months contract) to join our team in Cyberjaya!

What your role will be

To ensure timely and accurate order processing and on-time-delivery of outsourced products from suppliers to Ansell regions
To provide order & shipment data and feedback for business process reporting.
To ensure documentation provided to regions on timely manner
Responsible for conformance to corporate policies, documented procedures, and work instructions in accordance to sourcing & procurement processes.
To support projects related to the job as assigned.
To support and provide training to supplier for Ansell vendor self-service portal
To support on ad-hoc request

What will you bring to Ansell

Minimum tertiary education for less than 3 years of working experience or minimum Professional Certificate / Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience in relevant field
Knowledge of purchasing module on ERP preferred.
Literate in basic computer application software, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Meticulous in performing assigned duties and punctuality in response time
Possess high standard of personal and collaborative teamwork.
Good spoken and written English
Mandarin proficiency is required to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Fresh graduate will be considered.
