Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master cum Project Coordinator with strong experience in Agile practices and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the Insurance domain and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring timely delivery of projects

Mandatory Requirements

4-6 years of total experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance domain (mandatory)
Willingness to work onsite in Malaysia (no remote option)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews)
Ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum best practices and remove impediments
Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure smooth project execution
Track project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams
Drive continuous improvement within the team
Scrum certifications (CSM / PSM) are a plus
Experience working in Insurance projects
Exposure to global or enterprise-level projects
