Scrum Master cum Project Coordinator with strong experience in Agile practices and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the
Insurance domain and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring timely delivery of projects
Mandatory Requirements
- 4-6 years of total experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance domain (mandatory)
- Willingness to work onsite in Malaysia (no remote option)
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews)
- Ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum best practices and remove impediments
- Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
- Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams
- Drive continuous improvement within the team
- Scrum certifications (CSM / PSM) are a plus
- Experience working in Insurance projects
- Exposure to global or enterprise-level projects
