Location: Malaysia (Onsite - No Remote/WFH)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master cum Project Coordinator with strong experience in Agile practices and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the Insurance domain and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring timely delivery of projects

Mandatory Requirements

  • 4-6 years of total experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance domain (mandatory)
  • Willingness to work onsite in Malaysia (no remote option)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews)
  • Ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum best practices and remove impediments
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Track project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
  • Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams
  • Drive continuous improvement within the team
  • Scrum certifications (CSM / PSM) are a plus
  • Experience working in Insurance projects
  • Exposure to global or enterprise-level projects
