We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development & Media-Tech Education Executive to support the growth and delivery of our Media-Tech Education and content production initiatives. The role will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client and industry partnerships, supporting the design and delivery of education programmes, and coordinating projects across business development and programme operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, trainers, clients, educational institutions, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative programmes in areas such as Virtual Production, Generative AI (GenAI), Media Technology, and content production.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, educational, institutional, and other relevant sectors.
Conduct market and industry research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, potential clients, and new market opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders.
Participate in client meetings, business discussions, presentations, and partnership engagements.
Manage and maintain accurate client databases, business development pipelines, and opportunity trackers.
Prepare business development reports, pipeline updates, and business insights for management review.

Proposal & Business Solutions Development

Develop business proposals, quotations, presentations, and supporting materials for new business opportunities and partnerships.
Understand client needs and develop customised programme solutions aligned with client objectives.
Support the development of strategic partnerships and initiatives that contribute to business growth.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are commercially viable and operationally achievable.

Media-Tech Education Programme Development

Support the development and structuring of Media-Tech Education programmes and learning initiatives.
Contribute to the development of programme outlines, learning outcomes, course modules, and training materials.
Support the development of programmes relating to Virtual Production, Generative AI, Media Technology, and content production.
Ensure programme content and delivery approaches are aligned with industry developments and client requirements.

Programme & Project Operations

Coordinate trainers, schedules, facilities, resources, and programme logistics to ensure smooth programme delivery.
Manage participant communications, onboarding, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
Coordinate with trainers, participants, clients, and internal teams throughout programme execution.
Oversee programme readiness, including training materials, equipment, facilities, and other operational requirements.
Address and resolve operational and administrative issues that arise during programme delivery.
Ensure projects and programmes are delivered according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Performance Reporting & Compliance

Monitor and analyse programme performance, participant feedback, and business outcomes.
Prepare post-programme reports, performance summaries, and operational insights for management review.
Support grant documentation, compliance reporting, and audit requirements where applicable.
Identify areas for improvement based on programme outcomes, participant feedback, and operational performance.

Process Improvement & Project Management

Identify opportunities to improve business development, programme delivery, and operational workflows.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and overall service quality.
Take ownership of assigned projects and programme coordination activities.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and coordination to ensure successful project completion.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing, Education, Media, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
Prior experience in business development, sales, programme coordination, project management, education, media, technology, or a related field is preferred.
Strong interest in Media-Tech, Virtual Production, Generative AI, digital media, and emerging technologies.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Good organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, or business development platforms is an advantage.
Ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, reports, and business documentation.
Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful with a strong can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to support programme delivery and attend onsite activities when required.

Preferred Skills
