Job Title: Marketing & Communications Senior Executive - Tech

Your New Company A high-growth technology company operating across cloud infrastructure, digital platforms, and emerging technologies is seeking its first senior marketing hire to build and lead the Marketing & Communications function. With a growing regional presence and strong business momentum, the organization is looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to shape its brand, market positioning, and stakeholder engagement strategy.

Your New Role As Marketing & Communications Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the company's marketing, communications, and brand strategy across regional markets.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will build the function from the ground up, owning everything from corporate communications and media relations to content strategy, partner marketing, events, and executive positioning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, influencing business direction, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities 1. Corporate Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

Develop and execute integrated communications strategies across customers, partners, investors, and external stakeholders.
Advise leadership on corporate positioning, reputation management, and strategic communications.
Build and maintain a clear, consistent brand narrative across multiple channels and audiences. ‌
Media Relations & Public Relations
Build and manage relationships with business, industry, and technology media.
Manage external agencies and communication partners to ensure effective campaign execution.
Develop press releases, executive articles, interviews, media briefings, and thought leadership content.
Support senior executives in public speaking engagements, interviews, and market-facing opportunities.
Events & Brand Visibility
Lead participation in industry conferences, customer events, forums, and executive networking opportunities.
Manage sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and event activations.
Develop event-related content, presentations, and marketing materials to maximize engagement and business impact.
Partner Marketing
Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners and ecosystem stakeholders.
Drive co-branded campaigns, case studies, announcements, and joint market activities.
Coordinate stakeholder alignment and approvals across multiple organizations.
Content & Thought Leadership
Own content strategy across digital channels with particular focus on LinkedIn and executive branding.
Develop thought leadership content that translates complex business and technology topics into compelling narratives.
Maintain editorial calendars and ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Brand Management
Develop and evolve brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and communication standards.
Ensure consistency across digital, partner, event, and corporate channels.
Support product launches, business initiatives, and corporate growth activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in communications, public relations, B2B marketing, corporate communications, or a related function.
Strong exposure across multiple disciplines including communications, content, events, partner marketing, and brand management.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify and communicate complex business, commercial, or technical topics effectively.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Experience supporting executive thought leadership, corporate reputation, or strategic communications initiatives is highly advantageous.
Background in technology, digital services, software, cloud, telecommunications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, or related sectors is preferred.
Experience engaging enterprise customers, business partners, investors, regulators, or public-sector stakeholders is a plus.
