Job Description

Lead and enhance enterprise-wide risk management frameworks
Act as the primary liaison with MAS and regulatory authorities
Drive compliance monitoring, audits, and internal control reviews
Oversee AML/CFT, fraud prevention, and financial crime frameworks
Advise senior leadership and Board on risk and regulatory matters
Develop policies, governance structures, and risk controls
Build and lead a high-performing risk & compliance team

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
At least 10 years of experience in risk, compliance, or audit within financial services or fintech
Proven leadership experience at Head or Director level
Strong expertise in MAS regulations and compliance frameworks
Deep knowledge of AML/CFT and financial crime risk management
Experience managing regulatory audits and inspections
Strategic mindset with ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
High integrity with sound judgement and decision-making ability
