About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who wants more than just running ads - someone who turns ideas into action and drives real business growth.

You'll own paid advertising campaigns, manage budgets, analyse performance, and optimise website conversions to turn traffic into sales.

At Corvan, we value initiative over unnecessary approval layers. You'll have the autonomy to propose strategies, test ideas, and scale what works — backed by data and business results.

Make this your playground to experiment, grow, and make an impact. If you're commercially minded and passionate about turning marketing spend into profitable sales, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising

Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, TikTok Ads, and CPAS Ads.
Develop media plans, manage advertising budgets, and recommend strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue contribution across all advertising channels.
Identify underperforming campaigns, optimise spending, and scale high-performing campaigns.
Analyse advertising performance across the website and marketplaces to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, campaign structures, and messaging to improve advertising efficiency.

2. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting

Track advertising spend, website traffic, conversions, revenue, and profitability.
Analyse performance data to identify issues and recommend actionable solutions.
Prepare performance reports, sales forecasts, and campaign reviews.
Turn data into clear insights and growth recommendations—not just reports.

3. Creative Strategy & Growth

Work with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Recommend creative hooks, messaging angles, and campaign concepts based on data.
Test different creatives, audiences, and approaches to identify what drives results.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities to grow online sales.

4. Added Advantage: Website Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

Experience in Website Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) is a bonus.
Ability to analyse website performance, customer shopping behaviour, and conversion drop-off points on Corvan.com.my.
Familiarity with improving landing pages, product pages, and checkout experiences to increase conversions and sales.
Knowledge of A/B testing and strategies to improve conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and overall website performance.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or e-commerce advertising.
Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, and advertising profitability.
Experience using GA4, Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
Familiarity with conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
Proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership of results.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

Someone who is analytical, proactive, commercially minded, and takes ownership.

You don't just ask, How are my ads performing

You also ask, Why aren't customers converting, what's limiting our growth, and what can we do better

If you enjoy using data, creative thinking, and experimentation to turn traffic into profitable sales, we'd love to hear from you!
