Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive / Manager to drive new business opportunities and manage client relationships across Enterprise, SMB, and Corporate organizations in Bangalore and Karnataka.

The role involves promoting IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center, Audio-Visual, and Enterprise Technology solutions and developing long-term business relationships with clients and technology partners.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities from Enterprise, SMB, Corporate, and Private Sector clients.
Promote IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center, AV, and Enterprise Technology solutions.
Identify prospects, generate leads, conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and develop business opportunities.
Handle presentations, proposals, quotations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, OEMs, and channel partners.
Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution design, presentations, and proposal submissions.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM/MIS records, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Work closely with OEMs and technology partners to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Support business expansion across Bangalore and the Karnataka market.

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales of IT Solutions, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center, or AV Solutions.
Experience in handling Enterprise, SMB, Corporate, or Government accounts will be preferred.
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure and related technology solutions.
Experience in B2B sales, solution selling, account management, or system integration will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify new opportunities, manage sales cycles, and build long-term client relationships.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Candidates with experience in System Integrators, IT Solutions, or Enterprise Technology companies will be preferred.
Candidates based in Bangalore with good knowledge of the local market will be preferred.
