We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join an established international beauty and cosmetics brand to lead their high-growth Pharmacy Channel portfolio. Based in Petaling Jaya, this role takes commercial ownership of top-tier national health and beauty retail accounts (Watsons or Guardian), driving category growth, trade marketing execution, and annual business negotiations.

Take strategic ownership of premier national pharmacy accounts for an iconic color cosmetics brand, elevating your commercial leadership profile through direct collaboration with senior management, comprehensive account strategy execution, and high-visibility category growth initiatives.

the role

Key Account Leadership: Take end-to-end commercial ownership of major national health & beauty accounts (Guardian or Watsons), executing annual joint business plans (JBP) to drive top-line growth, volume, and category market share.
Commercial Negotiations: Lead annual trading terms agreements (TTA), margin structures, promotional funding, listing fees, and credit terms to ensure commercial alignment and account profitability.
Trade Marketing & Execution: Develop and implement account-specific promotional plans, planogram mechanics, secondary counter visibility, and high-impact in-store displays in close collaboration with marketing teams.
Demand Planning & Forecasting: Manage accurate monthly sell-in and sell-out sales forecasting, promotional projections, and inventory stock cover to prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations across retail store networks.
Omnichannel & Category Analytics: Analyze POS data, store audit reports, and competitor movements to optimize range listing, SKU assortment, and e-commerce/O2O activations.

the experience

Degree or diploma equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of FMCG key account management experience within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or other FMCG categories.
Direct channel experience in managing Health & Beauty Retail Chains - Watsons or Guardian is strongly desirable, but not strictly necessary.
Proactive and data-driven with an open mind and willingness to learn.
